We prepare your order in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: Poland 7–14 business days, rest of the world 10–20 business days. Once your parcel ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.
Returns – 14 days
You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to withdraw from the purchase, no reason needed. Email us your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. The cost of sending the parcel back is paid by the buyer. We refund the money (including the original shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving your request – we may hold the refund until the parcel reaches us or we receive proof that it was sent.
Complaints
We are liable for product defects for 2 years. Send us a message with photos – we'll reply within 14 days.
