Shipping

Shipping is free on every order – to Poland and worldwide.

• Order processing: 1–3 business days.
• Poland: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days from dispatch.

These times are estimates. Some orders ship directly from our partner's warehouse, so delivery takes longer than for domestic parcels; it may take longer in peak season, around holidays or during customs clearance. Once your parcel ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it online. One order may arrive in several parcels.

Address and collection

Please double-check your address before placing the order. You can change it until the parcel is dispatched – email us as soon as possible with your order number. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address given in the order or because it was not collected, re-sending is charged at the carrier's cost – or you can get a refund instead (minus the cost of returning the parcel to us, if we incur one).

Duties and taxes

Prices in the shop include all charges for orders shipped to Poland. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes of the destination country may apply – these are paid by the buyer.

Problems with a parcel

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch or arrived damaged, contact us – we'll sort it out with the carrier, and if the parcel was lost we'll re-send the goods or refund you.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails; it never limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
